heis working in MNC. from last 3 years .2 years back he got married but now is  not happy with with his marrital relationship. he want divorce but she is like emotionally blackmailing him like she will tell his parents and give  police complaints  against him?  suggest answer?

Can husband file criminal/civil defamation against wife for false allegations in her annulment petition?

Wife filed for annulment two months after marriage on false allegation that husband was not physically & mentally fit (impotent) for married life and never had sex. So, If husband go for his medical checkup from court and get report in his favor, can he file civil/criminal defamation case against her, and also file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty arising out of her false allegation?
