question on D.V.Act ?

mother and son living in a house. The property wherein the house situates was owned by the son.Mother has no right over the property.Son intends to sell the property.Mother filed a petition for the protection order.Before receiving the notice of  stay order,son sold the property.Mother has no house to reside.No means to live.What is the remedy to that mother?Can she stay there?Whether it comes under violation of the order which attracts the prosecution against son ?
